Conflict Resolution
Week 2027
Save The Date: 8th - 12th March
Conflict Resolution Week brings people and organisations together to show what becomes possible when communication is at the heart of how we work, live and support one another. This is a national moment to build confidence in handling difficult conversations, strengthen relationships, and create safer, more connected communities. Across the week, we will explore practical skills, real stories and simple actions that help turn conversation into change… creating a shared moment for the country to rethink how we handle conflict and build stronger communities.

Watch the replay of the Social Housing Round Table session
This week’s Social Housing Round Table tackled a topic that touches almost every corner of the sector: what happens when conflict in a tenancy is left to fester rather than addressed early.
Kim Logan, MD of ADR Mediation and Training CIC, joined Matt to walk through the ripple effect of poor conflict management – from the initial noise complaint, to the repeat contacts, to the point where enforcement action starts to feel inevitable.
The replay is available now.
